Terms of Service

  1. Introduction This Agreement is made between Future Future, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") and the Client ("you"). The terms set out below apply to all consulting services provided by [Your Company Name] to you.

  2. Services Future Future, LLC agrees to provide consulting services as described or in the separately agreed upon proposal or statement of work.

  3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of booking or within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 10% per month.

  4. Confidentiality Both parties agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute any confidential information belonging to the other party without prior written permission.

  5. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement with 2 weeks written notice if the other party breaches any of its obligations.

  6. Intellectual Property Any materials, reports, documents, or other outputs produced by Future Future, LLC in the course of the consulting services will remain the property of Future Future, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  7. Liability Future Future, LLC's total liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising out of this Agreement will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to Future Future, LLC for services rendered.

  8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of New York, New York, USA.

  9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be settled by arbitration in New York, NY, USA.

  10. Amendments Any changes or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

  11. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings, written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
